Air Pressure & Vacuum Pump for Drum Cans (for both suction and collection!) 

Use the switch to easily change pump's function (suction/collection or delivery/dispensation). It is the most suitable model for high viscosity oil (3000 cP max recommended). This pump utilizes compressed air to transfer different kinds of oil, like engine oil, lubricants, machine oil, gasoline, kerosene, diesel and solvents. It can also collect/deliver wastes and drainage. A drum can is not included.


High capacity! Explosion proof!

The pump utilizes high capacity drum cans. It is the most suitable model for high viscosity oil (3000 cP max recommended). No need for electricity, all you need is a compressed air source. It is an explosion proof model and can be safely used in hazardous areas.


Liquid suction/collection mechanism:

  1. The air (0.4~0.6 Mpa) is let in.
  2. Instead of entering the tank, the air leaves the system through the ejector.
  3. Negative pressure occurs in the ejector, the air is sucked out of the tank.
  4. The fluid is being sucked through the nozzle.
  5. The fluid fills the tank full. A float ball blocks the outlet. Suction stops.


Liquid delivery/dispensation mechanism:


  1. Air (0.1~1 MPa) is let in 
  2. Through the regulator, the compression is set to 0.05
  3. The compressed air is being let into the tank
  4. The pressure inside the tank rises, pushing the surface of the fluid
  5. The pushed fluid enters the suction pipe
  6. The fluid enters the delivery hose and leaves the system through a nozzle
